摘要
江汉油田分公司坪北经理部实行联管会领导下的项目经理负责制,重大决策由长庆油田分公司和江汉油田分公司组成的联管会讨论决定,建立一套符合双方管理要求的安全管理机制和流程显得尤为重要。坪北经理部围绕“零违章、零伤害、零污染、零事故”总目标,通过完善三个清单、抓实三基工作、强化三项考核,形成安全管理的“333”工作法,实现连续23年未发生安全生产上报事故,为同类企业的安全运行提供参考。
Pingbei management department of Jianghan Oilfield Company implements the project manager'responsibility system under the leadership of the joint management committee.Major decisions are jointly made by the joint management committee composed of Changqing oilfield company and Jianghan oilfield company,so it is particularly important to establish a set of safety management mechanism and procedures that meet the management requirements of both parties.Centering on the overall goal of“zero violation,zero injury,zero pollution and zero accident”,Pingbei project management department has achieved no reported safety accident of production for 23 consecutive years through improving the“333”safety management method of "three lists,three basics and three assessments",which provides reference for the safety operation of similar enterprises.
