To strengthen the building of an innovation studio,unite and lead the employees to carry out targeted innovation and efficiency activities is an important approach for trade union organizations at all levels to guide the employees to practice the spirit of model workers craftsmanship,improve team skills and promote the enterprise to tackle hard and create efficiency.Taking the building of the workers'innovation studio of Jianghan oil production plant as an example,the innovation studio will be built into a position to lead the employees to tackle difficulties and create efficiency,cultivate celebrity teachers and students,and to develop corporate culture,so as to lead the majority of employees to improve their skills and accomplishments,break the production bottleneck,enhance the ability of innova-tion and efficiency,and boost the high-quality development of the enterprise.
