摘要
如何实现理想的骨再生是临床上面临的重要难题,目前仍未得到有效地解决。腺苷酸激活的蛋白激酶(AMP-activated protein kinase,AMPK)是细胞能量代谢的中心调控因子,在调节细胞和全身能量稳态中起着重要作用,并可调控成骨细胞分化和骨形成,在骨代谢调节中发挥着至关重要的作用。笔者拟就近年AMPK对骨代谢调控作用的研究进展进行综述,旨在更好地为临床修复骨缺损提供参考。
How to achieve ideal bone regeneration is an important clinical problem,which has not been effectively solved at present.AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)is the central regulator of cell energy metabolism and plays an important role in regulating cell and systemic energy homeostasis.It can regulate osteocyte differentiation and bone formation,plays a vital role in the regulation of bone metabolism.This article intends to review the research progress on the role of AMPK in regulating bone metabolism in order to provide a reference for better clinical repair of bone defects.
