冷刀锥切联合锐扶刀治疗子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变的临床研究

Clinical study of cold knife conization combined with sharp knife in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial phosphorous lesions

目的探究子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变使用冷刀锥切与锐扶刀联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年12—2020年12期间安远县人民医院接收的68例子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变患者为研究对象,随机分为行冷刀锥切治疗的对照组和冷刀锥切联合锐扶刀治疗的试验组,对比2组患者治疗效果。结果试验组患者的治疗有效率和并发症发生率分别为为94.12%和5.88%,与对照组的79.41%和17.65%比较存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变患者使用冷刀锥切与锐扶刀联合治疗,可促进恢复,降低不良反应发生率,临床效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of cold knife conization combined with sharp knife in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial lesions.Methods 68 cases of patients with cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into two groups:the control group treated with cold knife conization and the experimental group treated with cold knife conization combined with sharp knife.Results the effective rate and complication rate of the experimental group were 94.12%and 5.88%respectively,which were significantly different from 79.41%and 17.65%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion in the treatment of patients with cervical intraepithelial phosphorous lesions,cold knife conization combined with sharp knife therapy can promote the recovery of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and the clinical effect is significant.
