中高温无锆乳浊釉的研制 被引量:2

摘要 以高岭石、长石、石英、石灰石、氧化锌、滑石、玻璃粉、硼钙石等为原料,运用正交实验法制备中高温乳浊釉。采用白度仪、光泽度仪、XRD和SEM等测试方法对制备试样的白度、光泽度、釉层物相组成和微观形貌进行了研究。实验结果表明:利用正交实验优化工艺,使釉中析出较高折射率的钙长石晶体,从而使釉具有较高白度和光泽度,在烧成温度1250℃、保温时间30 min、釉层厚度0.25 mm的条件下,获得乳浊釉的白度为81.2、光泽度为80.5。 The medium-high temperature zirconium-free opacified glaze was prepared in the orthogonal experiment by using kaolin, feldspar, quartz, limestone, zinc oxide, talc, glass powder and borocalcite, etc. as raw materials. Whiteness, glossiness, phase composition and micro-structure of the sample glaze layer were investigated by whiteness meter, glossness meter, X-ray diffraction(XRD), and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The experimental results show that with the optimized technology in the orthogonal experiment, anorthite with higher refractive index which was crystalized from glaze, which in turn increases the whiteness and glossiness of the glaze. The optimized sample owns a whiteness value of 81.2 and glossiness value of 80.5 at firing temperature of 1250 ℃ for 30 minutes.
