摘要
氮化硅陶瓷是一类新型且有广泛应用的结构陶瓷。本文综述了氮化硅陶瓷的研究和发展历史,包括晶体结构、各种烧结工艺、力学性能和工业化应用,并讨论了目前国内氮化硅商业化生产亟需解决的问题。
Silicon Nitride Ceramics, a new class of structural ceramics, have various engineering applications. This paper reviews the history of research and development on Silicon Nitride Ceramics, including its crystal structure, various sintering processes, mechanical properties and industrial applications. The problems that need to be solved in commercial production of silicon nitride in China are also discussed.
