摘要
该文以广东岭南职业技术学院七年多来构建DQP成果导向教学质量保证体系的探索和实践,对我国高职院校建立教学质量保证体系中存在的质量概念表达不清晰、质量目标体系不贯通、诊断与改进落实不到位等典型问题,提出了以学习成果表达质量目标、以DQP框架构建目标贯通体系、以学习成果"四循环"落实诊断改进等可行做法来解决上述问题,这对于高职院校建立教学质量保证诊断改进体系、推动成果导向教学改革,具有很好的理论和实践借鉴意义。
Based on the exploration and practice of constructing the DQP outcome-oriented teaching quality assurance system in Lingnan Institute of Technology of Guangdong Province for more than seven years,this paper analyzes the typical problems in the construction of teaching quality assurance system in China’s higher vocational colleges,such as unclear expression of quality concept,poor quality target system,poor diagnosis and improvement,etc.,and puts forward some feasible measures to solve the above problems,such as expressing the quality target with learning outcomes,constructing the target system with the DQP framework,and implementing diagnosis and improvement with the"four cycles"of learning outcomes,which have good theoretical and practical significance for higher vocational colleges to establish a diagnosis and improve system of teaching quality assurance,and promote the outcome-based teaching reform.
