摘要
为推动应用型本科教育内涵式发展,进一步提升人才培养与社会经济发展需求之间的契合度,应用型本科院校应更加注重结合行业岗位的现实要求,开展知识传授、技能提升和创新精神培育,全面提升学生的思想道德修养、学习能力、科研水平和创新创业本领。基于"双导师制"的校企联合育人方式,对于应用型本科培育目标达成具有良好的推动作用,已经在应用型本科院校得到广泛应用。该文在剖析现有"双导师制"实施情况的基础上,分析存在的不足,讨论提出建立健全运行机制、深度开展校企合作、联合共建教学资源等相应对策。
In order to promote the connotative development of application-oriented undergraduate education and further improve the compatibility between talent cultivation and the needs of social and economic development,with attention to the actual requirements of professional posts,application-oriented undergraduate universities should impart knowledge,enhance skills and cultivate innovative spirit,and comprehensively enhance students’ideological and moral cultivation,learning ability,scientific research level and innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on the"double tutorial system",the university-enterprise joint education mode has a good effect on the application-oriented undergraduate education,which has been widely used in application-oriented undergraduate universities.Based on the analysis of the current implementation of"double tutorial system",this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some countermeasures,such as establishing and perfecting the operating mechanism,deepening the cooperation between universities and enterprises,and jointly building teaching resources.
