Research on the“Golden Course”Construction of Martial Arts in Colleges and Universities

该文运用文献资料研究和非正式访谈等方法对高校武术"金课"进行研究,先梳理高校武术课程存在的问题,后提出建设高校武术"金课"的对策、建议和保障措施,以期为推进高校武术课程教研教改、提升本科体育教学质量提供参考。

Using literature research and informal interviews to study the"golden course"of martial arts in colleges and universities,this paper first sorts out the problems in the martial arts course in colleges and universities,and then puts forward the countermeasures,suggestions and guarantees for the"golden course"construction of martial arts in colleges and universities,with a view to promoting the teaching research and teaching reform of martial arts in colleges and universities,and providing reference for improving the undergraduate teaching quality of physical education.
