摘要
本文设计并搭建了利用热管强化传热的船舶烟气余热温差发电实验装置,并选取三组热源温度(275℃、300℃和325℃)开展实验,验证了该装置的可行性,并得出热源温度是影响温差发电装置输出性能的主要因素,为节能减排提供了方法和依据。
A power generation experimental device by using waste heat of a ship with heat pipes to enhance heat transfer is designed and built.And experiment for different heat source temperature(275℃、300℃和325℃)is carried out to verify the feasibility of the device.The experiment results imply that the heat resource temperature is the main performance influencing factor of the thermoelectric generation device,thus can provide an effective scientific method and reliable theoretical basic for energy saving and emission reduction.
