水润滑改进离心式电动空气压缩机实验研究

摘要 为了提高空气压缩机性能,本文通过一种改进水润滑改进后的离心式电动空压机进行实验测试,结果表明,改进后的空压机通过对电机磁钢处的密封设计,可以使搅水损耗相比轴承功耗小很多。在空载状况下,前轴和后轴的轴承工作良好,没有出现水膜失稳的情况。在带载状态下前轴承振动基本稳定,变化不大,后轴承在个别转速下有高频振动。整体振动较稳定,振动幅值较小。从空压机的工作特性可以看出,改进后的空压机压缩空气的质量流量及压力比随着转速升高而增大。涡壳和电机定子的温度都随转速而升高,但都远低于绕组的耐受温度。 In order to improve the performance of the air compressor,this paper conducts experimental tests on an improved centrifugal electric air compressor with improved water lubrication.The results show that the improved air compressor can stir water by sealing the motor’s magnetic steel.The loss is much smaller than the power consumption of the bearing.Under no-load conditions,the bearings of the front and rear axles worked well,and there was no water film instability.In the loaded state,the front bearing vibration is basically stable with little change,and the rear bearing has high frequency vibration at individual speeds.The overall vibration is relatively stable,and the vibration amplitude is small.It can be seen from the working characteristics of the air compressor that the mass flow rate and pressure ratio of the compressed air of the improved air compressor increase with the increase in speed.The temperature of the volute and the stator of the motor both increase with the speed,but they are far lower than the withstand temperature of the windings.
