摘要
针对微生物腐蚀的油井,分析了防腐蚀菌与油田常用化学剂的配伍性,以及防腐蚀菌与缓蚀剂的协同作用。结果表明:添加防腐蚀菌不影响化学剂的使用效果。与单独添加缓蚀剂或防腐蚀菌相比,同时添加防腐蚀菌和KD-32C缓蚀剂,能有效控制硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)生长,去除大部分硫化物,腐蚀速率也进一步降低。在W2-53油井中应用复合防腐蚀技术,硫化物和腐蚀速率均得到有效控制。
For oil wells with bacterial corroosion, the compatibility of anti-corrosion bacteria and chemical agents commonly used in oil fields, and the synergistic effect of anti-corrosion bacteria and corrosion inhibitors were analyzed. The results show that adding anti-corrosion bacteria did not affect the use effect of chemical agents. Compared with adding corrosion inhibitor or anti-corrosion bacteria alone, adding anti-corrosion bacteria and KD-32 C corrosion inhibitor at the same time could effectively control the growth of sulgate-reducing bacteria(SRB), remove most of the sulfide, and further reduce the corrosion rate. Application of composite anti-corrosion technology in W2-53 oil well, sulfide and corrosion rate were effectively controlled.
