破壁蛋白核小球藻对力竭运动大鼠激素水平和抗疲劳能力的影响

Effect of cracked-cell wall Chlorella Pyrenoidose on hormones content and anti-fatigue ability on exhaustive swimming performance in rats

摘要 本实验采用递增负荷力竭训练大鼠为模型,以0.65、1.3、3.9g/(kg·d)的剂量给大鼠灌胃42d,并采用负重游泳实验和血睾酮等生化指标测定的方法,研究破壁蛋白核小球藻对力竭运动训练大鼠睾酮及相关激素含量及抗疲劳能力的影响。结果表明:破壁蛋白核小球藻各剂量组力竭游泳时间长于运动模型对照组(M组)(P<0.01);血清睾酮高于M组(P<0.05);血清皮质酮低于M组,促黄体生成素、促卵泡刺激素高于M组,但与M组比较无显著差异(P>0.05);各剂量组血清睾酮与皮质酮比值高于M组(P<0.01),变化趋势与血清睾酮变化较为一致。结果显示大鼠长时间、大强度运动过程中补充破壁蛋白核小球藻可以纠正由力竭运动导致的下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能紊乱,有效预防血清睾酮水平的降低,增强抗疲劳能力。 Effect of cracked-cell wall Chlorella pyrenoidose on the content of testosterone related hormones and anti-fatigue ability in exhausted swimming exercise in rats were investigated.The rats were gavage feeding with 0.65,1.3,6.5g/(kg·d)of chlorella pyrenoidose for 42 days,weight-loaded swimming test were performed and serum testosterone were evaluated.The results showed that rats swimming longer in the group treated with chlorella pyrenoidose than that of the control group(M group)(P<0.01);serum testosterone of chlorella pyrenoidose group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Serum corticosterone was lower than the control group,and serum luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone were higher than those of the control group.However,all these three indexes had no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).The ratio of serum testosterone and corticosterone were higher than that of the control group(P<0.01)and ratio change was consistent with the change of testosterone content.Therefore,the results suggested that supplement of chlorella pyrenoidose can correct disorder of hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis caused by exhaustive swimming,prevent the reduction in serum testosterone levels effectively and enhance anti-fatigue ability.
