石墨炉原子吸收光谱法及电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定大米粉中镉含量 被引量:8

摘要 样品经过高效智能微波消解法进行前处理,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(AAS)测定考核样大米粉中的镉含量并用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)进行验证。结果表明,AAS法与ICP-MS法的测定结果虽然没有显著性差异,质控物质的测定值均在不确定度范围内,但使用ICP-MS法测定比AAS法更稳定,测定结果更精确。考核样结果经评价,ICP-MS法Z值为0.1,AAS法Z值为0.4。说明ICP-MS测定方法优于AAS法,采用ICP-MS法测定样品,其消解后不用赶酸,减少污染、检测时间短、安全、高效便捷,尤其能同时检测多种元素且检测范围广。因此,ICP-MS法更适合大批量检测多元素样品,为食品中重金属元素检测提供参考依据。 The samples were pretreated by high-efficient intelligent microwave digestion.The cadmium content in rice flour was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS)and verified by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The results showed that although there was no significant difference between the determination results of AAS method and ICP-MS method,and values of controlled substances were within the uncertainty range.However,ICP-MS method was more stable and more accurate than AAS method.According to sample results,Z value of ICP-MS method was 0.1,and that of AAS method was 0.4.It shows that ICP-MS method is better than AAS method.Using ICP-MS method,samples don’t have to get rid of acid after digestion;the method also reduces the pollution and shorten the detection time.It is safe,efficient and convenient.The method can simultaneously detect a variety of elements in a wide range of detection.Therefore,ICP-MS method is more suitable for detecting multi-element samples in large quantities.The study provides a reference for the detection of heavy metal elements in food.
