不同营养水平日粮对杂交公水牛育肥效果的影响

Effect of different dietary nutrition levels on fattening effect of hybrid male buffalo

试验研究不同营养水平日粮对杂交公水牛育肥效果的影响。选取月12月龄、体重(241.42±35.32) kg健康的杂交公水牛(广西本地水牛×尼里拉菲水牛×摩拉水牛) 12头,随机分成3组,每组4个重复,每个重复1头水牛。对照组水牛饲喂低营养水平日粮(低蛋白质);试验组1和试验组2水牛饲喂高营养水平日粮(高蛋白质),但玉米粉和豆粕添加比例不同。预试期15 d,正式试验期96 d。结果显示:试验组水牛净增重、平均日增重和干物质采食量均高于对照组,试验组1的净增重、平均日增重和干物质采食量均最高,分别显著提高16.42%、16.25%和17.53%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组1水牛血清谷草转氨酶活性显著提高(P<0.05);随着日粮营养水平提高,饲喂成本和增重收入增加。试验组1养殖效益和全期收益最高。与对照组相比,试验组1养殖收益每天多收入0.58元/头,全期收益每天增加55.68元/头。研究表明,在营养水平未满足杂交公水牛生长需要时,适当提高日粮营养水平,可提高杂交公水牛的育肥性能和经济效益。

The experiment studied the effect of different dietary nutrition levels on fattening hybrid male buffalo. Twelve12-month-old hybrid male buffalo(Guangxi local buffalo×Nili-Ravi buffalo×Murrah buffalo) with an similar body weight of(241.42±35.32) kg were allocated into three groups, with four replicates in each group and one buffalo in each replicate. The buffalo in control group were fed low nutrition level diet(low protein). The buffalo in experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 were fed with high nutritional level diet(high protein), with different adding ratio of corn flour and soya bean meal. The pre-test period lasted for 14 d, and the trial period lasted for 96 d. The results showed that the net gain, average daily gain and dry matter intake of the experimental group were higher than those of control group, and the net gain, average daily gain and dry matter intake of the experimental group 1 were the highest, which were significantly increased by 16.42%, 16.25% and 17.53%(P<0.05) than the control group, respectively. Compared with the control group,the serum aspartate aminotransferase content of the experimental group 1 was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). With the improvement of dietary nutrition level, the feeding cost and weight gain income ncreased.Compared with the control group, the experimental group 1 income from breeding increased by 0.58 yuan/head per day,and the full-term income increased by 55.68 yuan/head per day. The expriment indicates that when the nutritional level does not meet the growth needs of hybrid male buffalo, the fattening performance and economic benefits of hybrid male buffalo can be improved by appropriately increasing the dietary nutritional level.
