饲粮中添加溶菌酶对蛋雏鸡生长性能、肠道形态和抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验研究饲粮中添加溶菌酶对蛋雏鸡生长性能、肠道形态和抗氧化能力的影响。将6日龄体重相近京粉1号蛋雏鸡720只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只,分别为对照组、甲基盐霉素组、混合抗生素组和溶菌酶组。试验期42 d。结果显示,各试验组蛋雏鸡的生长性能无显著差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,溶菌酶组蛋鸡十二指肠的绒毛高度、绒毛隐窝比和空肠绒毛隐窝比显著提高(P<0.05)。与甲基盐霉素组相比,溶菌酶组蛋鸡十二指肠隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05),十二指肠绒毛隐窝比显著提高(P<0.05)。与混合抗生素组相比,溶菌酶组蛋鸡空肠绒毛隐窝比显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,溶菌酶组蛋鸡空肠和肝脏总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05),十二指肠丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与混合抗生素组相比,溶菌酶组蛋鸡空肠T-AOC显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加40 mg/kg溶菌酶对蛋雏鸡生长性能无显著影响,可促进蛋雏鸡十二指肠对营养物质消化吸收能力,提高十二指肠、空肠和肝脏的抗氧化能力。 The experiment studied the effects of lysozyme on the growth performance, intestinal morphology and antioxidant capacity of egg chicks. 720 6-day-old Jingfen No.1 egg chicks of similar weight were randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates in each group and 30 egg chicks in each replicate, which were control group, narasin group,mixed antibiotic group and lysozyme group respectively. The experimental period was 42 d. The results showed that there was no significant difference in growth performance between the test groups(P>0.05). Compared with the control group,the villus height, villus-crypt ratio of duodenum and villus-crypt ratio of jejunum in lysozyme group were significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with the narasin group, the crypt depth of the duodenum in lysozyme group was significantly reduced(P<0.05) and the villi-crypt ratio of the duodenum was significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with the mixed antibiotic group, the villus-crypt ratio of jejunum in lysozyme group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the T-AOC in the jejunum and liver in lysozyme group was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the MDA content of duodenum was significantly reduced(P<0.05). Compared with the mixed antibiotic group, the T-AOC of the jejunum in lysozyme group was significantly increased(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that dietary 40 mg/kg lysozyme has no significant effect on the growth performance of the egg chicks, and can promote the digestion and absorption of nutrients in the duodenum, and it has a promoting effect on improving the antioxidant capacity of the duodenum, jejunum and liver.
