摘要 试验研究大枣多糖对鸡免疫功能和生长性能的影响。选用1日龄肉鸡雏300只,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只肉雏鸡。设KB组(基础日粮)、YX组(0.2 g/kg盐酸左旋咪唑)、1DT组(1 g/kg大枣多糖)、2DT组(2 g/kg大枣多糖)和4DT组(4 g/kg大枣多糖),连喂42 d。结果显示,与KB组相比,2DT组肉鸡的鸡新城疫抗体效价和全净膛率极显著升高(P<0.01)。1DT组、2DT组和4DT组肉鸡的淋巴细胞的增殖、脾脏指数均极显著高于KB组(P<0.01)。1DT组和2DT组肉鸡的平均日增重、半净膛率和法氏囊指数均极显著高于KB组(P<0.01)。2DT组肉鸡的平均日采食量极显著低于KB组(P<0.01)。1DT组和2DT组肉鸡的料重比极显著低于KB组(P<0.01),4DT组料重比显著低于KB组(P<0.05)。2DT组肉鸡的屠宰率、胸肌率、腿肌率显著高于KB组(P<0.05)。试验表明,大枣多糖能促进淋巴细胞增值,提高新城疫抗体效价、免疫器官指数、屠宰性能和生长性能,大枣多糖最适添加量为2 g/kg。 The experiment studied the effect of jujube polysaccharide on chicken immune function and growth performance. 300 1-day-old broiler chicks were select and divide into five group, with three replicates in each group and20 broiler chicks in each replicate. Set up KB group(basic diet), YX group(0.2 g/kg levamisole hydrochloride), 1 DT group(1 g/kg jujube polysaccharide), 2 DT group(2 g/kg jujube polysaccharide) and 4 DT group(4 g/kg jujube polysaccharide), fed continuously for 42 d. The results showed that chicken ND-HI antibody titer and complete evisceration rate of chicken in 2 DT group were extremely increase(P<0.01). The lymphocyte proliferation, spleen index of chicken in 1 DT group, 2 DT group and 4 DT group were extremely higher than KB group(P<0.01). The average daily gain,semi-eviscerated rate and bursa index of chicken in 1 DT group and 2 DT group were extremely higher than KB group(P<0.01). The average daily feed intake of chicken in 2 DT group was extremely significantly lower than KB group(P<0.01). The feed to weight ratio of chicken in 1 DT group and 2 DT group was extremely lower than that of KB group(P<0.01), and feed to weight ratio in 4 DT group was significantly lower than KB group(P<0.05). The slaughter rate,breast muscle rate and leg muscle rate of chicken in 2 DT group were significantly higher than KB group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that jujube polysaccharide can promote the proliferation of lymphocytes, improve the titer of Newcastle disease antibody, immune organ index, slaughter performance and growth performance, the optimal addition amount of jujube polysaccharide is 2 g/kg.
