兔源乳酸片球菌对脂多糖应激条件下肉兔抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of rabbit Pediococcus lactis on antioxidant capacity of meat rabbits under lipopolysaccharide stress

摘要 试验旨在探究兔源乳酸片球菌(Pediococcus acidlatictici LC-6-2,PA)对脂多糖(LPS)应激条件下肉兔抗氧化能力的影响。选取42日龄体重相近的肉兔72只,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复4只。预试期7 d,正式试验期35 d。CON组和LPS组肉兔均饲喂基础日粮,LPS+PA组饲喂基础日粮+5×106CFU/g乳酸片球菌LC-6-2。分别在试验28 d和31 d,在LPS和LPS+PA组给予LPS应激处理,CON组注射等量生理盐水。结果显示:与CON组相比,LPS组肉兔血清、肠黏膜中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性分别降低1.48%(P>0.05)、18.32%(P<0.05);LPS+PA组肉兔血清、肠黏膜中SOD活性分别提高0.53%(P>0.05)、3.14%(P>0.05);LPS组、LPS+PA组肉兔肝脏SOD活性较CON组分别降低22.21%(P<0.01)、15.84%(P<0.05)。与CON组比,LPS组、LPS+PA组肉兔血清中二胺氧化酶(DAO)活性分别提高3.28%(P<0.05)、1.72%(P>0.05)。LPS组肉兔血清、肝脏组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量较CON组分别提高27.35%(P<0.01)、33.33%(P>0.05);LPS+PA组肉兔血清、肝脏中MDA含量比LPS组分别降低16.88%(P<0.05)、3.03%(P>0.05)。与CON组相比,LPS组和LPS+PA组肉兔肝脏中的过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性分别提高33.33%(P<0.05)、72.22%(P<0.01)。研究表明,在肉兔日粮中通过乳酸片球菌可有效提高家兔的抗氧化能力。 The experiment was to explore the effect of Pediococcus acidlatictici LC-6-2(PA) of rabbit origin on comprehensive antioxidant capacity of meat rabbits under lipopolysaccharide(LPS) stress. A total of 72 42-day-old meat rabbits with similar weights were randomly divided into three treatment groups, with six replicates in each group and four replicates in each group. The trial period was 7 d, and the trial period was 35 d. In the experiment, the meat rabbits in CON group and LPS group were fed with basal diet, and the meat rabbits in LPS+PA group was fed with basal diet +5×106 CFU/g Pediococcus lactis LC-6-2. On 28 d and 31 d, meat rabbits in LPS group and LPS+PA group were given LPS stress treatment, and the CON group was injected with the same amount of normal saline. The results showed that compared with the CON group, the SOD activity in the serum and intestinal mucosa of the meat rabbits in LPS group were reduced by 1.48%(P>0.05), 18.32%(P<0.05), the SOD activity in LPS+PA group was increased by 0.53%(P>0.05),3.14%(P>0.05), the liver SOD activity of LPS group and LPS+PA group was lower than that of CON group by 22.21%(P<0.01), 15.84%(P<0.05), respectively. Compared with the CON group, the DAO activity in the serum of meat rabbits in LPS group and LPS+PA group increased by 3.28%(P<0.05) and 1.72%(P>0.05), respectively. Compared with the CON group, the MDA content in serum and liver tissue of meat rabbits in LPS group increased by 27.35%(P<0.01), 33.33% (P>0.05), the MDA content in serum and liver tissue of LPS+PA group was reduced by 16.88%(P<0.05) and3.03%(P>0.05) compared with the LPS group.Compared with CON group, catalase activity in liver of LPS group and LPS+PA group was increased by33.33%(P<0.05) and 72.22%(P<0.01), respectively.The study indicates that the use of Pediococcus lactis in the diet of meat rabbits can effectively improve the comprehensive antioxidant capacity of rabbits.
