Structural Design and Experimental Verification of a Multi-stage Compressor Test Rig

摘要 着重介绍了某涡轴发动机组合压气机试验件设计与试验验证情况。针对验证试验发生的振动超限的情况,文章分别从转静子碰摩、转子动不平衡两个方面进行了分析,解释了试验现象发生的原因,最终实现转速达标,以验证该组合压气机试验件设计满足使用要求。 The structural design and experimental verification of a multi-stage compressor test rig were introduced. According to the experimental phenomena, some detailed analysis have been done from two aspects: rub-impact between rotor and stator, rotor dynamic balancing. It turns out that the experiment is successful, which verify the structural design of a multi-stage compressor test rig can meet the requirements.
