摘要
应用自适应系统对机匣的加工过程进行控制,合理调整进给速度,对主轴过载和刀具冲击进行保护,对刀具磨损进行补偿等,保证机匣在加工过程机床的安全性和零件加工质量的一致性,实现机匣加工过程的无人干预。
The adaptive control system is used to monitor and control the machining process of casing, to adjust the feed speed reasonably, protection of spindle overload and tool impact, compensate for tool wear, etc., to ensure the safety of the machine tool during the machining process and the quality of the casing Consistency, to achieve unmanned intervention in the parts machining process.
