摘要
本文采用应用试验的方法研究了基于坐标测量方法,检测大长径比零件内孔时,加长杆材料、加长杆长度、加长杆直径对其测量精度的影响。研究结果表明:在使用同种测头时,加长杆长度越短测量精度越好;加长杆直径越大,测量精度越好;加长杆材料对测量精度影响较小。
The typical parts with large aspect ratio, including but not limited to the hollow shaft, cylinder and barrel of aero-engine, are difficult to measure the machining accuracy of the inner hole, which has attracted extensive attention. The influence of probe type is studied with material of extension rod, length of extension rod and diameter of extension rod on measuring accuracy of inner hole of parts with large aspect ratio based on coordinate measurement. The results show that when the same kind of probe is used, the shorter the length of the extension rod is, the better the measurement accuracy;the larger the diameter of the extension rod is, the better the measurement accuracy;the material of the lengthening rod has little influence on the measurement accuracy.
