摘要
某不锈钢板式换热器出现早期泄漏。采用化学成分分析、宏微观观察、能谱分析、金相检验、非金属夹杂物分析、硬度测试及水质分析等方法,对板式换热器的泄漏原因进行了分析。结果表明:循环水水质异常,里面含有的高氯化物使板式换热器不锈钢板产生点蚀,随着点蚀程度增加,最终导致板式换热器穿孔泄漏。
Early leakage occurred in a stainless steel plate heat exchanger. The leakage causes of the plate heat exchanger were analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, macro and micro observation, energy spectrum analysis, metallographic examination, non-metallic inclusion analysis, hardness test and water quality analysis. The results show that the water quality of circulating water was abnormal, and the high chloride in it caused pitting corrosion of the stainless steel plate of the plate heat exchanger. With the increase of pitting corrosion degree, the perforation leakage of plate heat exchanger was caused.
