直肠癌临床术前CT诊断分期的应用价值

The value of preoperative CT staging in rectal cancer

目的:分析直肠癌临床术前CT诊断分期的应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年1月在我院进行治疗的直肠癌患者80例作为研究对象,术前均采取CT检查,并且进行病理学检查,以病理结果为最终诊断标准,比较CT诊断符合率。结果:与病理学诊断结果对比,CT诊断正确率分别达到了 T1~T2期93.33%、T3期92.16%、T4期92.86%,与病理诊断结果差异不显著(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论:使用CT扫描可以有效诊断出直肠癌临床术前分期情况,为进一步治疗提供有效依据,临床上值得广泛推广应用。

Objective To analyze the value of preoperative CT staging of rectal cancer.Methods 80 patients with rectal cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the object of study.CT examination and pathological examination were performed before operation.Taking the pathological results as the final diagnostic criteria,the diagnostic coincidence rate of CT was compared.Results Compared with the results of pathological diagnosis,the correct rate of CT diagnosis reached 93.33%in T1-T2 stage,92.16%in T3 stage and 92.86%in T4 stage,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P﹥0.05).Conclusion CT scan can effectively diagnose the preoperative staging of rectal cancer and provide an effective basis for further treatment,which is worthy of wide application in clinic.
