经阴道超声检查以及经腹超声检查对异位妊娠患者的诊断价值体会

The diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasonography and transabdominal ultrasonography in ectopic pregnancy patients

目的:总结对异位妊娠患者分别施行经阴道超声检查、经腹超声检查两种方法的诊断效果。方法:选取我院2018年1月—2020年12月收诊的120例异位妊娠患者,根据检查方式不同分组。对照组(60例)采取经腹超声检查,观察组(60例)采取经阴道超声检查,对比两组诊断效果。结果:观察组临床诊断准确率显著高于对照组;观察组胚芽、假孕囊、附件包块检出率均显著高于对照组;观察组对原始血管搏动、盆腔积液的检出率均显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道超声检查可显著提升异位妊娠的诊断效果。

Objective To summarize the diagnostic effect of transvaginal ultrasonography and transabdominal ultrasonography in ectopic pregnancy patients.Methods 120 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into different groups according to the examination methods.Transabdominal ultrasonography was performed in the control group(60 cases)and transvaginal ultrasonography in the observation group(60 cases).The diagnostic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The accuracy of clinical diagnosis in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group.The detection rate of germ,pseudocyst and adnexal mass in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group.The detection rates of original vascular pulse and pelvic effusion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography can significantly improve the diagnostic effect of ectopic pregnancy.
