包钢采用万能孔型法轧制槽型轨工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了满足市场需求,包钢研制开发钢质为U75V的槽型钢轨,槽型轨断面复杂,轧制过程中变形不均匀,产品外形尺寸难以控制,国内外轧制钢轨主要采用万能孔型法,为此,包钢采用万能孔型法对槽型钢轨的孔型系统进行了设计,研究了连轧式万能孔型轧制槽型轨的工艺,对万能孔型及其系统进行了优化,生产出的槽型轨抗拉强度≥1 000 MPa,延伸率≥10%,硬度≥285 HB,产品外观质量等均符合标准要求,为包钢增加了高附加值产品. In order to meet the market demand, Baotou Steel developed U75 V grooved rail which featured as complex section and non-uniform deformation in rolling process, with dimensions hard to control. In this respect, its roll pass system was designed and optimized by the way of universal rolling method adopted mainly at home and abroad. The grooved rail is to be high value-added product of Baotou Steel with tensile strength ≥1 000 MPa, elongation rate ≥10%, and hardness ≥285 HB. The surface quality, etc. of the products are all conform to the requirements of the standard.
