热处理对连铸态铝钛硼微观组织的影响

摘要 以连铸态Al-5Ti-1B中间合金为研究对象,进行不同温度的热处理,利用OM,XRD和SEM观察并分析了不同温度热处理对Al-5Ti-1B微观组织的影响.结果表明:相比于连铸态,固溶处理后TiB_(2)粒子的分布状态趋于分散,且TiAl_(3),TiB_(2)粒子尺寸变小.相比于300 ℃固溶处理,400,500和600℃热处理后的TiAl_(3)由于产生裂纹导致TiAl_(3),粒子数目增多,且400,500和600℃固溶处理后TiAl_(3)平均粒子尺寸更佳,其中600 ℃时达到最小为20.12μm. Taking the continuous casting Al-5Ti-1B master alloy as the research object,the heat treatment at different temperatures were carrried out.OM,XRD and SEM were used to observe and analyze the effect of different temperature heat treatment on the microstructure of Al-5Ti-1B.The results show that,compared with continuous casting,the distribution of TiB_(2) particles tends to be dispersed after solution treatment,and the sizes of TiAl_(3) and TiB_(2) particles become smaller.Compared with the solution treatment at 300℃,there is an increased number of TiAl_(3) particles due to cracks after the heat treatment at 400,500 and 600 ℃.And the average particle size of TiAl_(3) is better after solution treatment at 400,500 and 600 ℃.The minimum particle size is 20.12 μm at 600 ℃.
