“工电供融合”模式下高铁综合维修技能需求对接课程体系研究

Research on the Curriculum System of High-speed Railway Comprehensive Maintenance Skill Demand Docking under the Mode of"Combination of Rail-track,Railway Electricity and Power Supply"

国铁集团为创新高铁基础设施运营维护管理模式,提升高铁基础设施养护维修质量和效率效益,推行了高铁“工电供融合”改革,使现场对技术人才的需求提出了新要求,铁路院校既有的相关专业人才培养课程体系不能满足现场需求。本文通过对高铁综合维修岗位设置、职责和作业项目的分析,深入研究了工务、电务、供电专项作业及联合作业的技能需求,并与课程内容融合对接,形成了一套满足高铁综合维修技能需求的人才培养课程体系,具有较强的现实意义和推广价值。

To innovate the operation and maintenance management mode of high-speed railway infrastructure,improve the quality and efficiency of maintenance and repair of high-speed railway infrastructure,China Railway Group has carried out the reform of"combination of rail-track,railway electricity and power supply"of high-speed railway,which has put forward new requirements for technical talents on site.The existing curriculum system for training relevant professional talents in railway colleges and universities cannot meet the needs on site.Based on the analysis of the post setting,responsibilities and operation items of high-speed railway comprehensive maintenance,this paper deeply studies the skill requirements of the special operation and joint operation of public works,electric services and power supply,and integrates with the course content to form a talent training course system to meet the skill requirements of high-speed railway comprehensive maintenance,which has strong practical significance and promotion value.
