和谐型动车组脱轨事故救援创新方案的研究

摘要 随着近年高速铁路的飞速发展,全国高铁网络已基本形成,而安全、快速、舒适的高铁改变了人们的出行方式,增加了城市民众的出行次数,乘坐动车出行已成为大多数旅客外出首选交通工具,而安全的动车运行环境显得更为重要。结合动车本身构造、运行线路、环境和机务工作实际,高速铁路大多处于高架桥地段,一旦发生脱线,在复轨作业中将严重受制于线路作业条件限制,给救援起复工作带来较大难度。特别是上海局定远站“1.25”事故的发生,对动车脱线救援提出了更高要求,需对传统救援起复方案深入创新,实现突破。 With the rapid development of high-speed railway in recent years,the national high-speed railway network has been basically formed,and the safe,fast and comfortable high-speed railway has changed people s travel mode and increased the number of urban people s trips.Taking the motor train has become the preferred means of transportation for most passengers,and the safe motor train operation environment is more important.Combined with the structure of EMU,operation line,environment and the reality of locomotive work,most high-speed railways are located in Viaduct section.In case of derailment,the re track operation will be seriously restricted by the line operation conditions,which brings great difficulty to the rescue and recovery work.In particular,the"1.25"accident at Dingyuan station of Shanghai Railway Bureau has put forward higher requirements for the offline rescue of EMUs.It is necessary to innovate the traditional rescue and recovery scheme to achieve a breakthrough.
