“工匠精神+创新精神”双核驱动的高职校园文化建设模式构建探究——以XX铁路职业技术学院为例

建设有中国特色高水平高职院校需要高度重视校园文化建设。构建“工匠精神+创新精神”双核驱动的高职校园文化建设模式有助于解决当前许多高职院校校园文化建设缺乏核心精神指引、缺乏明确的指导思想等问题,对夯实基本教育理念,提升教育质量,挖掘学校长期发展动力,都有独特的价值。以x铁路职业技术学院为例,高职院校可以将“工匠精神”和“创新精神”作为校园文化建设的“双核”,将其融入学校长期发展规划中,融入到校园特色人文景观建设中,融入到校规校训等文化符号中、校园活动中,通过多方面的探索,形成独具特色、凝心聚力的高职校园文化.

The construction of high-level vocational colleges with Chinese characteristics needs to attach great importance to the construction of campus culture.The construction of"craftsman spirit+innovative spirit"dual-core driving pattern of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges will help solve the problems of lacking core spirit guidance and clear guiding ideology in the construction of campus culture in many higher vocational colleges at present,it has unique value to tamp the basic education idea,enhance the education quality,excavate the school long-term development power.Taking Xian Railway Vocational and Technical College as an example,higher vocational colleges can take"craftsman spirit"and"innovative spirit"as the"dual core"of campus culture construction,and integrate them into the long-term development plan of the college,it is integrated into the construction of humanistic landscape with campus characteristics,into the cultural symbols such as school rules and mottos,and into campus activities.
