摘要
针对传统生产实习面临的问题,通过多年课程建设与发展,仿真实习已成为浙江工业大学化工系独立开设的特色课程。依托国家级虚拟仿真实验教学中心建设,将仿真实习建设成为仿真模块、半实物工厂、模拟沙盘、线上线下教学的多元化实践课程。通过多元化课程学习,调动了学生自主学习的积极性,提高了其解决问题的能力和创新思维的意识,培养了企业需求的新工科人才。实践课程的多元化建设可为高校新工科专业课程体系改革、课程建设、虚拟仿真中心建设提供借鉴和参考。
To address the problems faced by traditional production practice, simulation practice has become an independent characteristic course offered by the Department of Chemical Engineering at Zhejiang University of Technology through many years of curriculum construction and development. Relying on the construction of national chemistry and chemical engineering virtual simulation experiment teaching center, the course has been built into a diversified practical course of simulation module, semi-physical factory, simulated sand table and online and offline teaching. Through the multiple course learning, students’ initiative of independent learning is aroused, their problem-solving ability and innovative thinking consciousness are improved, and new engineering talents in line with the needs of enterprises are trained. The diversified construction of the course can provide reference for the curriculum system reform, curriculum construction and virtual simulation teaching center construction of new engineering majors in colleges and universities.
