以评促建:地表过程分析与模拟教育部重点实验室建设探讨

摘要 教育部重点实验室是国家科技创新体系的必要环节,是高等学校组织高水平科学研究、培养和聚集高层次创新型人才、开展学术交流合作的重要基地。为进一步完善实验室规范化建设和提高日常管理,教育部每5年对重点实验室进行一次定期评估,全面了解和检查实验室的运行情况。该文以北京大学地表过程分析与模拟教育部重点实验室2019年评估工作为例,结合实验室自身发展之特色,以评促建,总结和探究评估工作的经验与意义,促进实验室的良性发展。 The key laboratory of the Ministry of Education is a necessary part of the national science and technology innovation system, and an important base for colleges and universities to organize high-level scientific research, cultivate and gather high-level innovative talents, and carry out academic exchanges and cooperation. In order to further improve the standardized construction of laboratories and operation and management, the Ministry of Education regularly evaluates key laboratories every five years, comprehensively understands and checks the operation of the laboratories. By taking the evaluation work of the Key Laboratory of Earth Surface Processes of the Ministry of Education at Peking University in 2019 as an example, this paper summarizes and explores the experience and significance of the evaluation work combined with the characteristics of the laboratory’s own development, so as to promote the construction of the laboratory by evaluation.
