高校分析测试中心质量管理的实践探索

作为学校大型仪器公共平台的高校分析测试中心,是支持学校科学研究以及对社会开放共享的主要力量。上海交通大学分析测试中心以资质认定质量体系建设为切入点,注重质量体系和建章立制相结合,重视人员、仪器、环境、方法、采购等质量要素,坚持人员队伍专业化、设备管理系统化、安全管理体系化、检测流程标准化、质量反馈机制常态化和长效化,不断总结经验,改进和完善质量管理体系,实现了科研服务覆盖面的稳步拓展和服务社会能力的显著增强。

Instrumental analysis center in colleges and universities, as a public platform of large-scale instruments, is the main force to support scientific research and open-sharing to the society. The Instrumental Analysis Center(IAC) of Shanghai Jiao Tong University takes the construction of qualification accreditation quality system as the starting point, adheres to the combination of quality system and establishment of rules and regulations, focuses on quality elements such as personnel, instruments, environment, method, procurement, quality control etc., and adheres to the specialization of personnel team, systematization of equipment management and safety management, standardization of testing process and long-term quality feedback mechanism. The quality of the service system has been improved, and the scientific research service coverage and social service ability have remarkably been enhanced.
