基于自移动扫描测量系统的既有线测量实验方法设计及应用 被引量:1

摘要 传统的既有线复测方法在安全、效率、质量等方面已无法满足如今高速、高密度运营条件,故急需一种安全、高效的既有线测量方式。该文将三维激光扫描仪、数码影像传感器、GPSIMU等多种传感器集成于自移动式小车上,设计了一套智能化、一体化的自移动扫描测量系统;提出了一种基于点云反射强度的区域增长分割算法,实现了钢轨的自动分割,对钢轨点云数据进行封装处理后,实现了轨距测量及线路中线提取。结果表明:该自移动扫描测量系统一定程度上克服了传统既有线测量方法的不足,有助于既有线智能化测量的发展。 The traditional methods of remeasuring railways can not meet current high-speed and high-density operating conditions anymore in terms of safety, efficiency and quality, so a safer and more efficient measurement method is urgently needed. This paper integrates together various sensors in an automatic instrument, such as 3 D laser scanner, digital image sensor, GPSIMU, etc., designing a set of intelligent and integrated self-mobile scanning measurement system. A region growing segmentation algorithm based on the reflection intensity of point cloud is proposed to realize the automatic rail segmentation. After wrapping the rail point cloud data, the gauge measurement and extraction of centre lines are realized. The results show that self-mobile scanning measurement system overcomes the shortcomings of traditional railway measurement to some extent, and is conductive to the development of railway intelligent measurement.
