摘要 注汽热采过程中隔热油管的保温性能直接影响井底蒸汽品质及热采开发效果,且不同结构的隔热油管导热性能差别很大。该文搭建了隔热油管导热性能测定实验平台,可对不同保温结构的工程用隔热油管视导热系数进行测试及分析评价,实现了理论、实验、实践教学的有机统一。学生通过独立设计保温结构及测试方案,能够加深对传热学理论应用于工程实践的认知,锻炼实践动手能力和科研创新能力。 In the process of steam injection thermal recovery, the thermal insulation performance of the insulated tubing directly affects the bottom-hole steam quality and thermal recovery development effect. The thermal conductivity of insulated tubing with different structures varies greatly. In this paper, an experimental platform is built to test and evaluate the apparent thermal conductivity of thermal insulation tubing with different thermal insulation structures, which realizes the organic unity of theory, experiment and practice teaching. Through independent design of thermal insulation structure and test scheme, students can deepen their understanding of the application of heat transfer theory in engineering practice and temper their practical ability and scientific research innovation ability.
