摘要
为分析奶牛临床型乳房炎经中西药结合治疗的临床效果,将天澳牧业有限公司九牧场2020年4月至2021年4月80头患有奶牛临床型乳房炎疾病的牛作为研究对象,按照治疗方式差异分成对照组(西药治疗)与观察组(中西医结合治疗),每组各40例。对比2组患病奶牛临床疗效,对照组总有效率为82.50%,观察组为97.50%,组间对比P<0.05。对比2组患病奶牛两组用药前后产奶量,结果显示用药前2组产奶量对比P>0.05,用药后2组产奶量对比P<0.05。奶牛临床型乳房炎经中西药结合治疗的临床效果较好,能在提升治疗效率的同时、增加奶牛产奶量,值得推广使用。
In order to analyze the clinical effect of clinical mastitis treated with combination of Chinese and Western medicine,80 cows with clinical mastitis from April 2020 to April 2020 in the nine pastures of Tianao animal husbandry Co.,Ltd.were studied,the patients were divided into control group(treated with Western Medicine)and observation group(treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine),each group had 40 cases.The total effective rate was 82.50%in the control group and 97.50%in the observation group(P<0.05).The results showed that the milk yield of the two groups before and after medication was P>0.05,and the milk yield of the two groups after medication was P<0.05.The clinical effect of clinical mastitis treated by combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is high.It can increase the milk yield of dairy cows and improve the clinical efficiency.
