羊妊娠毒血症诊断和综合防治

Diagnosis and Integrated Control of Pre-eclampsia in Sheep

羊妊娠毒血症是一种亚急性的营养代谢性疾病,患病羊会出现精神萎靡不振,不愿意行走,采食欲望下降,嗜睡等临床症状。母羊妊娠后期或者妊娠期间怀有多胎发病率升高,特别是营养供给不足,胎儿在生长中后期大量消耗母羊机体的营养物质,造成母羊生产后出现妊娠毒血症,多发生在妊娠母羊的末期和生产的前2 d。作为养殖管理羊,应充分认识到妊娠毒血症所造成的危害,加强营养管理,减少该种疾病的发生。该文主要论述羊妊娠毒血症的作用机理、临床症状、病理变化、诊断方法和防治措施。

Pre-eclampsia is a sub-acute nutritional and metabolic disease,which can cause clinical symptoms such as listlessness,reluctance to walk,decreased appetite and drowsiness.The incidence of multiple births in ewes during late pregnancy or pregnancy is increased,especially in the case of insufficient nutrition,the fetus consuming a large amount of nutrients in ewes during the middle and late stages of development,resulting in the occurrence of pre-eclampsia in ewes after birth,most of them occurred at the end of pregnancy and the first 2 days of production.As breeding management sheep,we should fully recognize the harm caused by pre-eclampsia,strengthen nutrition management,reduce the occurrence of this disease.The mechanism,clinical symptoms,pathological changes,diagnostic methods and control measures of pre-eclampsia were discussed in this paper.
