饲用高粱的营养价值研究进展

Research Progress on Nutritive Value of Forage Sorghum

传统能量饲料原料玉米作为饲料配方中占比最大的一部分,短缺的情况更为明显,非常规能量饲料原料的应用是现阶段畜牧养殖从业者随关注的问题。高粱作为一种营养物质含量丰富,产量良好的谷物作物,已作为能量饲料原料在动物养殖中广泛引用。高粱以其抗逆性强、耐旱耐涝及耐盐碱等优良特性,具有极大的开发价值。该文对饲用高粱所具备的营养价值及现阶段存在的限制因素进行介绍,为饲用高粱的科学应用及我国畜禽养殖产业的科学发展提供帮助。

The traditional energy feed raw material corn takes the biggest part in the feed formula,the shortage situation is more obvious,the unconventional energy feed raw material application is the question which the stockbreeding practitioner pays close attention at present.As a kind of grain crop with rich nutrition and good yield,sorghum has been widely used as energy feed material in animal breeding.Sorghum is of great development value because of its high stress resistance,drought tolerance,waterlogging tolerance,salt tolerance and so on.This paper introduces the nutritive value and the limiting factors of forage sorghum,which will be helpful for the scientific application of forage sorghum and the scientific development of livestock and poultry breeding industry in China.
