摘要
猪肉是人们摄取蛋白质、氨基酸等营养物质的重要食品,保障猪肉质量是保证国民身体健康安全的重要前提,在生猪流入市场进行销售前,检疫人员务必要在自觉遵守国家法律政策的前提下,对生猪进行严格规范地检疫,杜绝食品安全事故的发生。该文对生猪屠宰检疫现状进行论述,着重探讨生猪屠宰检疫流程与检疫要点,为各地检疫站严格规范地检疫生猪提供一定借鉴,保证检疫效率和质量。
Pork is an important food for people to absorb protein,amino acid and other nutrients.To ensure the quality of pork is an important prerequisite for ensuring the health and safety of the people.Before the live pigs enter the market for sale,quarantine personnel must consciously abide by the state laws and policies under the premise of strict quarantine standards for pigs to prevent food safety accidents.This paper discusses the current situation of pig slaughtering quarantine,and emphatically discusses the process and key points of pig slaughtering quarantine,so as to provide some references for local quarantine stations to quarantine pigs strictly and normatively,and to ensure the quarantine efficiency and quality.
