畜牧业是新疆重点发展的产业类型之一,是新疆人民主要收入来源之一,新疆畜牧业进入快速发展阶段,已然成为新疆优势产业。随着市场产品需求量的增加,传统畜牧业的发展模式无法满足市场需求,需要对畜牧业产业结构进行改革和升级,积极构建现代化畜牧业发展体系,发挥畜牧业的优势,打造新疆高产、高效的现代畜牧产业,推进新疆地区经济快速发展。该文对新疆地区畜牧业发展存在的问题进行论述,探讨促进新疆现代畜牧业升级发展的有效措施。

The animal husbandry is one of the key developing industries and one of the main income sources of Xinjiang people.The animal husbandry in Xinjiang has entered the stage of rapid development and has already become the preponderant industry of Xinjiang.With the increase of market demand for products,the development model of traditional animal husbandry can not meet the market demand,so it is necessary to reform and upgrade the structure of animal husbandry industry,actively construct the development system of modern animal husbandry,and give full play to the advantages of animal husbandry,building high-yield and high-efficiency modern animal husbandry industry in Xinjiang and promoting rapid economic development in Xinjiang.This paper discusses the problems existing in the development of Animal Husbandry in Xinjiang and discusses the effective measures to promote the upgrading and development of modern animal husbandry in Xinjiang.
