个性化心理护理对伴抑郁的帕金森病患者的情绪和生活质量的影响

Effect of individualized psychological nursing on depression and quality of life in Parkinson’s disease patients with depression

目的探讨对伴抑郁的帕金森病患者实施个性化心理护理后,其情绪以及生活质量的变化。方法本文将2018年1月~2019年1月我院收治的帕金森病患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分组,均给予常规治疗,对照组40例患者以常规护理进行干预,观察组40例患者以个性化心理护理进行干预,比较护理前后HAMD评分、UPDRS评分,患者依从性、护理满意度及护理前后生活质量评分。结果两组之间HAMD评分、UPDRS评分相比,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);患者依从性、护理满意度及生活质量评分相比,观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论个性化心理护理在帕金森病伴抑郁状态患者中具有较好的应用效果,可有效改善患者症状,减轻患者的抑郁情绪,提高依从性与满意度,进而不断提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized psychological nursing on depression and quality of life of Parkinson’s disease patients with depression.Methods The total 80 of Parkinson’s disease patients with depression from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,all of them were given routine treatment,40 patients in the control group were intervened with routine nursing,40 patients in the observation group were intervened with personalized psychological nursing.The HAMD score,UPDRS score,Quality of life score,patient compliance,nursing satisfaction and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing were compared.Results The scores of HAMD and UPDRS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of patient compliance,nursing satisfaction and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized psychological nursing has a good effect in Parkinson’s disease patients with depression,which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,reduce the depression of patients,improve compliance and satisfaction,and then continuously improve their quality of life.
