Security Research for Online Audio-Visual APP

在网络视听领域,视听类APP是提供网络视听服务的界面载体,其安全性和合规性关系着思想宣传阵地建设和网上舆论导向。有鉴于此,广播电视规划院对主流视听类APP进行了摸底评估测试,结果显示当前存在着一些共性安全问题和不合规的现象。在此基础上,规划院通过梳理广电总局关于视听类服务的管理要求,提出了网络视听类APP安全合规相关技术要求和评价方法,构建针对网络视听APP的通用基础安全和业务合规测评能力,助力广播电视和网络视听机构、单位把控APP安全风险,服务政府和行业管理。

In the field of online audio-visual, audio-visual APPs are interface carriers to provide online audio-visual services. Their security and compliance are related to the construction of ideological propaganda positions and the guidance of online public opinion. In view of this, ABP carrys out basic assessment for mainstream audio-visual APPs, and the results show that there are presently some cyber security problems and non-compliance phenomena in common. On this basis, by sorting out management requirements of audio-visual service of NRTA, ABP puts forward technical requirements and evaluation methods related to the security of online audio-visual APPs, builds assessment ability of general security and service compliance for online audio-visual APPs. It helps online audio-visual institutions to control security risks of APPs, and serves the management for government and industry.
