医护一体化干预模式联合无创呼吸机对难治性心衰患者血液滤过依从性及左心功能的影响

Effect of Integrated Medical Care Intervention Mode Combined with Noninvasive Ventilator on Hemofiltration Compliance and Left Ventricular Function in Patients with Refractory Heart Failure

目的:探讨针对难治性心衰(RHF)患者实施医护一体化干预模式联合无创呼吸机对其血液滤过依从性及左心功能的影响。方法:采用随机数表法将天津市第三中心医院2018年10月—2019年9月接受治疗的难治性心衰患者121例分为对照组(常规护理干预+无创呼吸机,61例)及观察组(医护一体化干预+无创呼吸机,60例),两组持续干预3个月,对比两组治疗依从性及左心功能。结果:观察组依从性较对照组高,干预后心输出量(CO)、射血分数(EF)较对照组高,心率、中心静脉压(CVP)指标较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:针对RHF患者应用医护一体化干预联合无创呼吸机能够有效提升患者治疗依从性,改善左心功能,提高护理质量。

Objective: To explore the effect of integrated medical and nursing intervention mode combined with noninvasive ventilator on hemofiltration compliance and left ventricular function in patients with refractory heart failure(RHF). Methods: 121 patients with refractory heart failure in the hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing intervention + noninvasive ventilator, 61 cases) and observation group(integrated medical and nursing intervention+ noninvasive ventilator, 60 cases). The treatment compliance and left ventricular function of the two groups were compared after 3 months of continuous intervention. Results: The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the CO and EF were higher than those of the control group after the intervention, and the indexes of heart rate and CVP were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: For RHF patients, the application of medical integration intervention combined with noninvasive ventilator can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients, improve left ventricular function,and improve the quality of nursing.
