院前-院内一体化急救护理在急性脑梗死患者救治中的应用

Application of Pre-hospital and In-hospital Integrated Emergency Nursing in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨院前-院内一体化急救护理在急性脑梗死(ACI)患者救治中的应用效果。方法:新乡市第一人民医院自2019年始创建高级卒中中心,根据高级卒中建设与条理规范要求,自2019年3月始,对所有ACI患者采用院内急救护理+院前-院内一体化急救护理。现将收集的2019年3月—2019年8月新乡市第一人民医院收治的43例ACI患者临床资料采用院内急救护理+院前-院内一体化急救护理,纳入观察组;2018年3月—2018年8月收治的40例ACI患者临床资料采用常规院内急救护理,纳入对照组。比较两组急救时效(病情评估时间、溶栓等待时间)、并发症发生率。结果:与对照组相比,观察组病情评估时间、溶栓等待时间均较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.33%,低于对照组的17.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ACT患者采用院前-院内一体化急救护理可有效缩短病情评估及溶栓等待时间,降低并发症发生率。

Objective: To explore the application effect of prehospital integrated emergency nursing in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods: The hospital has established an advanced stroke center since 2019. According to the requirements of advanced stroke construction and regulatory standards, since March 2019, all ACI patients had adopted in-hospital emergency care + pre-hospital-in-hospital integrated emergency care. The clinical data of 43 patients with ACI using the hospital emergency care + pre hospital integrated emergency care from March 2019 to August 2019 in the hospital were collected and included in the observation group. The clinical data of 40 patients with ACI with routine hospital emergency care from March 2018 to August 2018 were included in the control group. The emergency response time(condition evaluation time, thrombolysis waiting time) and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the observation group had shorter evaluation time and thrombolytic waiting time(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.33%, lower than 17.50% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Pre-hospital and in-hospital integrated emergency care for ACT patients can effectively shorten the waiting time of condition assessment and thrombolysis and reduce the incidence of complications.
