探讨情景式健康教育在泌尿外科手术中的应用效果以及对患者的影响

The Effect of Situational Health Education in Urological Surgery and its Influence on Patients

目的:探讨情景式健康教育在泌尿外科手术中的应用效果以及对患者的影响。方法:本次研究中所纳入的研究对象为2019年2月—2020年2月,在永城市人民医院接受泌尿外科手术的139例患者,按不同的护理干预模式将所有研究对象分为对照组(n=69)和观察组(n=70),对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组实施情景式健康教育。观察两组患者护理前后心理状态、护理后的依从性等相关情况。结果:两组护理前焦虑评分、抑郁评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后对照组焦虑评分、抑郁评分明显比观察组高(P<0.05)。对照组与观察组比较依从性,对照组依从率为79.71%明显低于观察组的91.43%(P<0.05)。结论:对进行泌尿外科手术的患者,采用情景式健康教育,效果显著,能有效的缓解患者的负性情绪,提高其依从性,有利于促进其加快康复,值得应用。

Objective: To explore the application effect of situational health education in urology and its influence on patients.Methods: From February 2019 to February 2020, 139 patients who underwent urological surgery in the hospital were included in this study. According to different nursing intervention modes, all the subjects were divided into control group(n=69) and observation group(n=70). The control group received routine health education, and the observation group received situational health education. The mental state and compliance of the two groups before and after nursing were observed. Results: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in anxiety score and depression score before nursing(P>0.05). After nursing, they were higher in the control group than in the observation group(P<0.05). The compliance rate of the control group was 79.71%,lower than that of the observation group(91.43%)(P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients undergoing urological surgery, situational health education has a significant effect. It can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients, improve their compliance,and promote their recovery. It is worthy of application.
