无缝隙护理在老年冠心病患者护理中的应用效果探究

Study on the Effect of Seamless Nursing in the Nursing of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探究老年冠心病患者采用无缝隙护理的使用价值。方法:选取武汉市中西医结合医院2017年1月—2020年5月期间接诊的120例老年冠心病患者,在双盲法下分为两组,每组各60例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受无缝隙护理,对比两组老年冠心病患者的临床护理实效。结果:观察组并发症(包括心绞痛、再次心梗、心力衰竭)发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SAQ西雅图心绞痛量表评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SF-36生活质量评分(社会功能、躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年冠心病患者采用无缝隙护理效果显著,可以更好的改善患者护理质量和生活质量,值得推广使用。

Objective: To explore the value of seamless nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 120 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to May 2020 were selected and divided into two groups under the double-blind method. The control group received routine care and the observation group received seamless care, with 60 cases in each group. The clinical nursing effectiveness of the two groups of elderly patients with coronary heart disease was compared. Results: The incidence of complications in the observation group(including angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, and heart failure) was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The SAQ Seattle Angina Scale score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The SF-36 quality of life score(social function, physical function, role function, cognitive function) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Elderly patients with coronary heart disease have a significant effect of seamless nursing, which can better improve the quality of care and quality of life of patients. It is worthy of popularization and use.
