气压治疗仪联合中医特殊护理预防髋部骨折术后深静脉血栓形成的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Air Pressure Therapy Instrument Combined with Special Care of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Preventing Deep Venous Thrombosis after Hip Fracture

目的:探讨气压治疗仪联合中医特殊护理对髋部骨折患者术后深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的预防效果。方法:选取2018年4月—2020年5月期间新余市中医院收治的84例髋部骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各42例。对照组采用传统护理,观察组在传统护理基础上采用气压治疗仪联合中医特殊护理。对比两组凝血指标、下肢血流情况、DVT发生率。结果:观察组干预7 d纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体低于对照组;血流平均速度高于对照组;血流量多于对照组;观察组DVT发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:气压治疗仪联合中医特殊护理能够改善髋髋部骨折患者术后凝血指标,促进血液循环,降低DVT发生率。

Objective: To explore the preventive effect of air pressure therapy instrument combined with special Chinese medicine nursing on deep venous thrombosis(DVT) in patients with hip fracture. Methods: A total of 84 patients with hip fractures in the hospital from April 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(42 cases) by a random number table method. The control group received traditional nursing care, and the observation group used air pressure therapy instrument combined with traditional Chinese medicine special nursing on the basis of traditional nursing. The coagulation indexes, blood flow of the lower limbs, and the incidence of DVT were compared between the two groups. Results: After 7 d intervention, the fibrinogen and D-dimer of the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The average blood flow velocity was higher than that of the control group, blood flow was, more than that of the control group. The incidence of DVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Air pressure therapy instrument combined with TCM special care can improve postoperative blood coagulation indexes of hip fracture patients, promote blood circulation, and reduce the incidence of DVT.
