“双高”建设背景下高职院校青年教师需求层次和工作满意度现状调查分析

摘要 "双高"建设的关键环节之一在于师资队伍的培养,高职院校青年教师作为提升办学水平和人才培养质量的重要基础和保障,是教育教学改革的关键力量,其职业发展需求和工作满意度应予以重视。通过对广西工业职业技术学院269名青年教师进行问卷调查,分析其需求层次和工作满意度现状。基于对调查结果的分析和思考,提出了完善三个培育机制、形成四维联动培育体系、建立五个发展平台等建议。 The key link in the implementation of"Construction plan of high level higher vocational schools and high level specialties with Chinese characteristics"(abbreviation as"double high"construction)lies in the training of the teaching staff.The quality of the teaching staff determines the height of the school’s specialty construction.As an important foundation and guarantee for improving the school-running level and the quality of talent training,young teachers in higher vocational schools are the key force in the reform and development of education and teaching.Their job satisfaction and career development needs should be paid attention to.Taking Guangxi Vocational&Technical Institute of Industry as an example,through a questionnaire survey of 269 young teachers,it is found that,the overall job satisfaction of young teachers in this school is relatively high.In terms of the level of needs,young teachers are very concerned about the construction of the school’s teaching team and have expressed their views and needs from various aspects of talent cultivation.Based on the survey results,this paper proposes to strengthen the construction of young teaching staff,improve three cultivation mechanisms,form a fourdimensional linkage system,and establish five development platforms to improve the level of vocational education and the quality of vocational education.
