摘要
高职院校生源的多样性带来了学生在学习适应、学习方法与效果等方面的变化,本文通过对广西柳州市三所高职院校1000多名各类生源学生的学习现状、学习需求与学习适应性的调查,比较分析了不同生源类型学生在学习目的与需求、学习方式、学习习惯与方法、学习兴趣、自主学习能力及对教师教学评价等方面的差异与特点,提出实施分层教学、制定多样化课堂教学目标与模式、增强高职学生学习适应性能力的培养等教学策略。
The diversity of student sources in higher vocational colleges has brought about changes in students’learning adaptation,learning methods and effects.This paper analyzes the learning status,the survey of learning needs and the learning adaptability compares of more than 1,000 students from three vocational colleges in Liuzhou,Guangxi,and analyzes the differences and characteristics of students of different types of students in learning goals and needs,learning styles,learning habits and methods,learning interests,autonomous learning ability,and evaluation of teachers’teaching,and proposes implementation teaching strategies such as stratified teaching,formulating diversified classroom teaching goals and models,and enhancing the training of higher vocational students’learning adaptability.
