On the Narrative Art of Ge Fei’s New Novel The Moon Falling into the Deserted Temple

文章从古典的叙事语言、神秘的叙事氛围以及叙事价值三方面分析格非新作《月落荒寺》的叙事艺术。分析其通过叙事技巧去剖析现实阴暗面、对当代知识分子的批判以及对他们精神困境的担忧,探究知识分子在现实社会的人生出路,给新作增添了一分善意,并留给读者"不逃避现实,而是勇敢面对"的哲学反思和理性思考。阐述了格非以其精进的姿态实现了创作上的升华,弥补了先锋派小说重叙事策略而轻小说意义的缺陷。

This paper analyzes the narrative art of avant-garde writer Ge Fei’s new novel The Moon Falling into the Deserted Temple from three aspects:classical narrative language,mysterious narrative atmosphere and narrative value.This paper also analyzes its use of narrative techniques to analyze the dark side of reality,criticizes contemporary intellectuals and concerns about their spiritual plight,explores the way out of intellectuals in the real world,adds a touch of goodwill to the new work,and leaves readers with philosophical reflection and rational thinking of"not escaping from reality,but facing bravely".Finally,this paper expounds that Ge Fei has achieved the sublimation of creation with his refined attitude,which makes up for the defect that avant-garde novels attach importance to narrative strategy but neglect the significance of novels.
