Public Participation Model and Mechanism Innovation in Colorful Community of Pudong New Area

本文以上海浦东新区"缤纷社区"项目的建设背景与发展过程为例,分析通过机制创新的方式提升的社区环境,促进公众参与,凝聚共识与智慧,激发社区活力的新方式,呈现浦东新区在为群众参与基层社会治理和城市精细化管理的提供制度保障方面的相关经验,探索通过"自下而上"的力量激活和社会资源的参与以及多元主体协同进行社区治理的新路径,为全国城市微更新工作提供"浦东经验"。

This paper takes the construction background and development process of the"Colorful Community"project in Shanghai Pudong New Area as an example,analyzing the way that the mechanism innovation improves community environment,promotes public participation,inspires consensus and wisdom,and invigorates the community.It highlights the relevant experience of Pudong New Area in providing institutional guarantee for public participation in grassroots social governance and refined urban management.By exploring new paths for community governance through"bottom-up"poweractivation and participation in social resources and multiple entities,its aims to provide"Pudong experience"for the national urban microrenewal work.
